BioThe 'verse's very own Cockney scoundrel, Badger operates as a crimelord of sorts, with "offices" in the Eavesdown Docks area on Persephone. He speaks with a heavy 'east-end' accent that identifies him as a native of Dyton Colony. Although he is primarily active on Persephone, he keeps connections in many different places -- he keeps a banking account accessible on the Kowlan Federal Base, for example.
He's been 'read' by River, who happily mocked him.
Badger is tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a thin moustache giving off the imagery, perhaps, of an 1890s melodrama villain -- provided, of course, he knew what one was.
